dc.description	The qualification work is devoted to the study of the problems of managing the efficiency of the use of the enterprise's resource potential. The qualification work consists of an introduction, three sections, conclusions, a list of used sources and appendices. The total volume of work is 72 pages, which includes 27 tables. The list of literary sources includes 35 items on 5 pages. The purpose of the qualification work is to deepen the theoretical provisions and develop methodological and practical recommendations for managing the efficiency of the use of the enterprise's resource potential. The object of the study is the process of managing the efficiency of the use of the enterprise's resource potential. The subject of the study is the theoretical and methodological foundations and scientific and practical principles of managing the efficiency of the use of the enterprise's resource potential. In the first - theoretical section of the work, the theoretical and methodological aspects of managing the efficiency of the use of the enterprise's resource potential are determined The second chapter provides the organizational and economic characteristics of Armatom NDIC LLC; the results of management of the production component of the resource potential were investigated; an assessment of the effectiveness of resource management was carried out according to the balance sheet of the enterprise. In the third section, management measures to improve the quality and optimize the structure of the resource potential of NDIC "Armatom" LLC are substantiated, as well as the directions of administrative management to increase the effectiveness of the use of the resource potential of the enterprise are determined The qualification work received further development a method of assessing the actual level of use of resources of an industrial enterprise to improve the efficiency of the use of resource potential (items 2.2-2.3, items 3.1) and a system for determining directions of administrative management for increasing the effectiveness of the use of resource potential of the enterprise (items 3.2). The practical significance of the obtained results is that the theoretical and methodological provisions of the master's thesis have been brought to the level of specific methods and recommendations for managing the efficiency of the use of the enterprise's resource potential.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню проблем управління ефективністю використання ресурсного потенціалу підприємства. Кваліфікаційна робота складається із вступу, трьох розділів, висновків, списку використаних джерел і додатків. Загальний обсяг роботи становить 72 сторінки, що включає 27 таблиць. Список літературних джерел включає 35 найменувань, розміщених на 5 сторінках. Мета кваліфікаційної роботи полягає в поглибленні теоретичних положень та розробці методичних і практичних рекомендацій щодо управління ефективністю використання ресурсного потенціалу підприємства. Об’єкт дослідження – процес управління ефективністю використання ресурсного потенціалу підприємства. Предмет дослідження – теоретико-методологічні основи та науково-практичні засади управління ефективністю використання ресурсного потенціалу підприємства. В першому – теоретичному розділі роботи визначені теоретико-методичні аспекти управління ефективністю використання ресурсного потенціалу підприємства У другому розділі надано організаційно-економічну характеристику ТОВ «НДІЦ «Арматом»; досліджено результати управління виробничою складовою ресурсного потенціалу; проведено оцінку ефективності управління ресурсами за балансом підприємства. У третьому розділі обґрунтовані управлінські заходи покращення якості і оптимізації структури ресурсного потенціалу ТОВ «НДІЦ «Арматом», а також визначені напрями адміністративного управління підвищенням результативності використання ресурсного потенціалу підприємства В кваліфікаційній роботі одержали подальшого розвитку методика проведення оцінки фактичного рівня використання ресурсів промислового підприємства для удосконалення ефективності використання ресурсного потенціалу (п.п. 2.2-2.3, п.п. 3.1) та система визначення напрямів адміністративного управління підвищенням результативності використання ресурсного потенціалу підприємства (п.п. 3.2). Практичне значення отриманих результатів полягає у тому, що теоретичні та методологічні положення магістерської роботи доведено до рівня конкретних методик та рекомендацій з управління ефективністю використання ресурсного потенціалу підприємства.	uk_UA
