Предмет дослідження дільниця ЦРМ по ремонту комбайнів. В кваліфікаційній роботі проведено аналіз виробничої діяльності ФОП Гришаков В.О., обґрунтовано об’єм ремонтно-обслуговуючих робіт та організацію виробничого процесу ремонту на дільниці, запропоновано конструкторську розробку – пристосуваня для контролю точності обробки вала та технологію відновлення валів. Розглянуто комплекс заходів з охорони праці. Проведено техніко-економічну оцінку проекту.

The subject of the research is the combine repair department of the Center for the Repair of Combines. In the qualification work, an analysis of the production activity of the FOP Gryshakov V.O. was carried out, the volume of repair and maintenance work and the organization of the production process of repair at the site were substantiated, the design development was proposed - devices for controlling the accuracy of shaft processing and the technology of shaft restoration. A set of labor protection measures was considered. A technical and economic assessment of the project was carried out.
