Abstract:
Дані наукових установ та передовий виробничий досвід свідчить про наявність невикористаних резервів для подальшого збільшення виробництва зерна озимих культур. Найбільш важливим з них є впровадження зональних, цільових енергоощадних технологій вирощування, розроблених з урахуванням ґрунтово-кліматичних умов і біологічних особливостей нових районованих сортів інтенсивного типу. Мета досліджень полягає у виборі оптимального сорту пшениці озимої в умовах ПП "Зажинок" Сумської області.
За результатами досліджень урожайність коливалася від 5,54 до 7,24 т/га. Максимальна урожайність була отримана у сорту РЖТ Реформ – 7,24 т/га. Дещо менша урожайність була отримана у сорту Патрас на рівні 6,70 т/га, сорту Мулан – 6,10 т/га, сорту Скаген – 5,54 т/га. Найбільша кількість клейковини була отримана у сорту Скаген – 23,1 %, що більше в порівнянні з сортом Патрас на 5,1 % (18,0 %), сортом РЖТ Реформ на – 7,1 % (16,0 %), сортом Мулан на 8,1 % (15,0 %). Максимальна кількість білка зафіксована за сівби сорту пшениці озимої Скаген – 12,6 %, дещо менші показники білка були отримані у сорту Патрас – 11,0 %, а найменша кількість білка відмічена у сортів РЖТ Реформ та Мулан – 10,0, 10,0 %, відповідно.

The data of scientific institutions and advanced production experience indicate the presence of unused reserves for the further increase in grain production of winter crops. The most important of them is the introduction of zonal, targeted energy-saving growing technologies, developed taking into account the soil and climatic conditions and biological features of new zoned varieties of the intensive type. The purpose of the research is to choose the optimal variety of winter wheat in the conditions of the PP "Zazhynok" of the Sumy region.
According to the research results, the productivity ranged from 5.54 to 7.24 t/ha. The maximum yield was obtained in the RZHT Reform variety – 7.24 t/ha. A slightly lower yield was obtained in the Patras variety at the level of 6.70 t/ha, the Mulan variety – 6.10 t/ha, and the Skagen variety – 5.54 t/ha. The largest amount of gluten was obtained from the Skagen variety – 23.1%, which is more compared to the Patras variety by 5.1% (18.0%), the RZHT Reform variety by – 7.1% (16.0%), the variety Mulan by 8.1% (15.0%). The maximum amount of protein was recorded for the sowing of the Skagen winter wheat variety – 12.6%, slightly lower protein values were obtained in the Patras variety – 11.0%, and the lowest amount of protein was noted in the RZHT Reform and Mulan varieties – 10.0, 10.0 %, respectively.
