Abstract:

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню впливу полігону твердих побутових відходів (ТПВ) на стан ґрунтів у зоні експлуатації КП «Чисте місто» Сумської міської ради, розташованого на землях Верхньосироватської сільської ради Сумської області, Сумського району. Відбір та хімічний аналіз проб ґрунту проводився на протязі 2021-2024 рр. на території полігону та в межах його санітарно-захисної зони згідно плану моніторингових досліджень (два рази на рік) в акредитованій лабораторії ДУ «Сумський ОЦКПХ МОЗ». Результати досліджень показали незначні перевищення гранично допустимих концентрацій вмісту окремих важких металів тільки на території полігону ТПВ, в зоні санітарного захисту підприємства перевищення не фіксувались. Це дозволяє оцінювати рівень забруднення ґрунтів навкруги полігону як допустимий. Практичне значення роботи полягає у можливості використання результатів дослідження для оптимізації роботи полігону ТПВ з метою мінімізації його екологічного впливу на ґрунти. Рекомендації, розроблені на основі проведеного аналізу, можуть бути використані для вдосконалення екологічної політики КП «Чисте місто» та посилення заходів із моніторингу стану ґрунтів. Отримані дані так само можуть бути корисними для органів місцевого самоврядування при прийнятті рішень щодо екологічної безпеки та контролю за діяльністю підприємства, що експлуатує полігон ТПВ.

The qualification work is dedicated to the study of the land field of solid household waste impact on the soil condition around the operation of the UC "Clean City" of the Sumy City Council, located on the lands of the Verkhnyosyrovat village council of the Sumy region, Sumy district. The selection and chemical analysis of soil samples was carried out during 2021-2024 on the land field territory and within its sanitary protection zone following the plan of monitoring studies (twice a year) in the accredited laboratory of the State Institution "Sumy Regional Centre for Disease Control and Prevention of the Health Ministry of Ukraine". The research results showed slight excesses of the maximum allowable concentrations of certain heavy metals only on the solid waste landfilled territory; no excesses were recorded in the sanitary protection zone of the enterprise. It is possible to assess the level of soil contamination around the landfill as acceptable. The practical significance of the work lies in the possibility of using the results of the study to optimize the operation of the solid waste landfill in order to minimize its environmental impact on the soil. The recommendations developed based on the conducted analysis can be used to improve the UC "Clean City" ecological policy and strengthen soil monitoring measures. The obtained data can also be helpful for local self-government organizations when making decisions regarding environmental safety and control over the activities of the enterprise operating the solid waste landfill.
