Abstract:
Робота присвячена темі: «Особливості вегетативного розмноження Thuja occidentalis L. в умовах садового центру «Едельвейс». Об’єкт дослідження – саджанці Туї західної (Thuja occidentalis L.), які використовувались в умовах садового центру «Едельвейс». Предмет дослідження – процес корнеутворення та вкорінення живців декоративних рослин за дії різних стимуляторів росту. Метою роботи є дослідження ефективності дії сучасних регуляторів росту на основі діючих речовин на процес вкорінення та приживлюваність декоративних саджанці у садовому центрі. У роботі розглянуто, що обробка різними регуляторами росту суттєво вплинули на терміни ризогенезу. Усі регулятори росту позитивно вплинули на довжину сформованих у живців коренів. Довжина коренів у рослин, оброблених препаратами перевищувала контрольні значення на 5,7 – 77 %. Приживлюваність туї західної найвища після обробки препаратами Циркон і Корневін – 71,9 та 65,1 % відповідно. Отже, для оптимізації ризогенезу живців туї західної в умовах садового центру «Едельвейс» доцільно застосовувати передпосадкову обробку регуляторами росту Циркон, Гетероауксин, Епін-екстра та Корневін. Препарат Чаркор не продемонстрував стимулюючої дії на процес коренеутворення.

The work is devoted to the topic: "Peculiarities of vegetative reproduction of Thuja occidentalis L. in the conditions of the garden center "Edelweiss". The object of the study is Thuja occidentalis L. seedlings, which were used in the conditions of the Edelweiss garden center. The subject of research is the process of root formation and rooting of ornamental plant cuttings under the action of various growth stimulants. The purpose of the work is to study the effectiveness of modern growth regulators based on active substances on the rooting process and survival of decorative seedlings in the garden center. The paper considered that treatment with various growth regulators had a significant effect on the terms of rhizogenesis. All growth regulators had a positive effect on the length of the roots formed in the cuttings. The length of the roots of the plants treated with the drugs exceeded the control values by 5.7 - 77%. The survival rate of western thuja is highest after treatment with Zircon and Kornevin drugs - 71.9 and 65.1%, respectively. Therefore, to optimize the rhizogenesis of western thuja cuttings in the conditions of the garden center "Edelweiss", it is advisable to apply pre-planting treatment with growth regulators Zircon, Heteroauxin, Epin-extra and Kornevin. The drug Charkor did not demonstrate a stimulating effect on the process of root formation.
