Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню детального та
комплексного аналізу процесів відновлення архітектурної пам’ятки
національного значення — "Будинку управителя маєтками Л.Є. Кеніга" та її
адаптації до функцій культурно-наукового простору.
Кваліфікаційна робота включає вступ, три розділи, висновки та список
використаної літератури. У першому розділі проведено ґрунтовний аналіз
історичних передумов формування пам’яток архітектури. У другому розділі
узагальнено основні методи реставрації пам’яток архітектури, які включають
консервацію, реновацію, реконструкцію, а також пристосування до нових
функцій. У третьому розділі здійснено детальний аналіз пам’ятки
архітектури «Будинок управителя маєтками Л.Є. Кеніга». На основі
виявлених особливостей будівлі визначено основні підходи до її реставрації
та адаптації під сучасні функції
Метою цього дослідження є проведення глибокого та всебічного
аналізу процесів реставрації та адаптації пам’ятки архітектури "Будинок
управителя маєтками Л.Є. Кеніга" до сучасних вимог культурного і наукового
середовища.
Суть розробки, основні результати:
The qualification work is devoted to the study of a detailed and
comprehensive analysis of the processes of restoration of an architectural
monument of national significance - "The House of the Estate Manager L.E.
Koenig" and its adaptation to the functions of a cultural and scientific space.
The qualification work includes an introduction, three chapters, conclusions
and a list of used literature. The first chapter provides a thorough analysis of the
historical prerequisites for the formation of architectural monuments. The second
chapter summarizes the main methods of restoration of architectural monuments,
which include conservation, renovation, reconstruction, as well as adaptation to
new functions. The third chapter provides a detailed analysis of the architectural
monument "The House of the Estate Manager L.E. Koenig". Based on the
identified features of the building, the main approaches to its restoration and
adaptation to modern functions were determined.
The purpose of this study is to conduct a deep and comprehensive analysis
of the restoration processes and adaptation of the architectural monument "House
of the Manager of the Estates of L.E. Koenig" to the modern requirements of the
cultural and scientific environment.
