Тема моєї кваліфікаційної роботи – наукове дослідження архітектурно-планувальна організація готельно-рекреаційних комплексів. Метою даного
дослідження є встановлення найбільш сприятливих умов проектування нових
архітектурних об’єктів даного типу в Сумській області.
Предметом мого дослідження є готельно-рекреаційні комплекси, готельно-рекреаційні бази. Об’єктом дослідження є архітектурно-планувальна організація
готельно-рекреаційних комплексів, центрів та баз, визначення її основних
закономірностей, принципів і прийомів.
Кваліфікаційна робота включає такі основні частини; вступ, три розділи,
висновок та список літератури.
В першому розділі "Ключові фактори успішного створення готельно-рекреаційних об’єктів" розглядаються основні аспекти проектування таких
комплексів, аналізуються наявні практики та досвід в цій сфері. В другому розділі
"Вплив зовнішнього середовища на класифікацію закладів відпочинку"
проаналізовано наявних класифікацій готельно-рекреаційних об'єктів за різними
критеріями. В третьому розділі “Принципи та особливості формування архітектурно-планової структури готельно-рекреаційних комплексів” узагальнено основоположні
принципи і прийоми архітектурно-планувальної організації готельно-рекреаційних
комплексів.
Суть розробки, основні результати:
The topic of my qualification work is a scientific study of the architectural and
planning organisation of hotel and recreational complexes. The purpose of this study is to
establish the most favourable conditions for the design of new architectural objects of this
type in the Sumy region.
The subject of my research is hotel and recreational complexes, hotel and recreational
facilities. The object of research is the architectural and planning organisation of hotel and
recreational complexes, centres and bases, the definition of its basic laws, principles and
techniques.
The qualification work includes the following main parts; introduction, three
chapters, conclusion and references.
The first chapter ‘Key factors of successful creation of hotel and recreational facilities’
discusses the main aspects of designing such complexes, analyses existing practices and
experience in this area. The second section, ‘Influence of the external environment on the
classification of recreational facilities’, analyses the existing classifications of hotel and
recreational facilities according to various criteria. The third section, ‘Principles and Features
of Formation of the Architectural and Planning Structure of Hotel and Recreational
Complexes’, summarises the fundamental principles and techniques of architectural and
planning organisation of hotel and recreational complexes.
