Короткий опис(реферат):

Робота складається із змісту, загальної характеристики роботи, опису архітектурно-планувального та конструктивного рішення будівлі, перевірних розрахунків елементів покриття паркінгу, висновків і рекомендацій, конструктивних рішень заміни та підсилення основних несучих конструкцій. Загальна характеристика роботи містить актуальність, мету і значимість проведеного дослідження. В другому розділі кваліфікаційної роботи наведено опис архітектурно-планувального та конструктивного рішення будівлі. Наведено розташування об’єкту з вказанням на ситуаційному плані. Приведено об’ємно-планувальне рішення будівлі. Також приведено конструктивне рішення будівлі. В третьому розділі описано організацію і методику проведення візуального обстеження. Також в розділі наведені результати візуального обстеження конструкцій будівлі. В четвертому розділі виконано перевірні розрахунки елементів покриття паркінгу. В тому числі виконано збір навантажень, розрахунок головної та другорядної балок. В п’ятому розділі наведені ймовірні причини пошкоджень конструкцій. Наведені загальні висновки за результатами обстеження, а також вимоги і рекомендації до виконання проекту реконструкції. В шостому розділі наведені конструктивні рішення заміни та підсилення по окремим конструктивним елементам.

Суть розробки, основні результати:

The work consists of the content, general characteristics of the work, a description of the architectural, planning and structural solution of the building, verification calculations of the parking lot covering elements, conclusions and recommendations, and structural solutions for replacing and strengthening the main load-bearing structures. The general description of the work contains the relevance, purpose and significance of the conducted research. In the second section of the qualification work, a description of the architectural, planning and constructive solution of the building is given. The location of the object is given with an indication on the situational plan. The volumetric and planning solution of the building is given. The constructive solution of the building is also given. The third section describes the organization and methodology of the visual inspection. The section also presents the results of the visual inspection of building structures. In the fourth section, verification calculations of the parking lot covering elements were performed. This included the collection of loads and the calculation of the main and secondary beams. The fifth section presents the probable causes of structural damage. General conclusions based on the survey results, as well as requirements and recommendations for the implementation of the reconstruction project. The sixth section presents design solutions for replacement and reinforcement of individual structural elements.
