Розділ 3. Розробка вдосконаленого кошторису: Описано процес оптимізації створення локальних кошторисів.
Розділ 4. Архітектурно-будівельний: Розроблено архітектурно-об'ємно-планувальні та конструктивні рішення будівлі.
