dc.description	The purpose of the thesis is to analyze the population of Siberian Husky dogs in Ukraine and provide recommendations for improving their breeding qualities. Research results: an analysis of the structure of the Siberian Husky dog population in Ukraine was conducted. Based on the assessment of exterior indicators, linear measurements and body composition indices, it was proven that the studied dog population, which is registered with the Cynological Union of Ukraine, meets the FCI breed standards. General exterior indicators for males and females of the breed have been determined. It has been proven that breeding work with the breed is carried out at a sufficient level, as evidenced by high scores at exterior exhibitions and titles received not only in our country, but also abroad. An analysis of the working qualities of dogs based on their participation in riding competitions was conducted. Recommendations were provided for further selection and breeding work with the breed in the country.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	Метою дипломної роботи є аналіз популяції собак породи сибірський хаскі в Україні та надання рекомендацій з удосконалення їх племінних якостей. Результати досліджень: проведений аналіз структури поголів’я собак породи сибірський хаскі в Україні. За оцінкою показників екстер’єру, лінійних промірів та індексів тілобудови доведено, що досліджене поголів’я собак, яке зареєстроване у Кінологічній Спілці України, відповідає стандартам породи FCI. Визначені загальні показники екстер’єру для псів та сук породи. Доведено, що племінна робота з породою ведеться на достатньому рівні, про що свідчать високі оцінки на екстер‘єрних виставках та отримані титули не тільки в нашій країні, але також і закордоном. Проведений аналіз робочих якостей собак за результатами участі у змаганнях з їздового спорту. Надані рекомендації для подальшої селекційно- племінної роботи з породою в країні.	uk_UA
