Короткий опис(реферат):
В кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуто сутність понять
«управління конкурентоспроможністю» та «управління
конкурентоспроможністю будівельного підприємства»; дано їх авторське
бачення; представлено специфіку будівельної галузі; наведено загальну схему
аналізу системи управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємства будівельної
сфери; показані основні методи оцінки конкурентоспроможності підприємства.
Розглянуто організаційно-економічну характеристику діяльності ТОВ
«КАПІТАЛ БУД-СУМИ» та проведено комплексний аналіз. SPACE-аналіз
визначив консервативну стратегію як оптимальну для підприємства. Здійснено
SWOT-, STEP-, PEST-аналіз та метод п’яти сил Портера. Нами запропоновані
шляхи вдосконалення управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємства
будівельної галузі, а саме: використання інноваційних будівельних матеріалів,
спеціалізація на вузьких нішах, цифрова трансформація, підвищення
кваліфікації, ефективно організована система маркетингу, соціально-економічна
стратегія.
Суть розробки, основні результати:
The qualification work considers the essence of the concepts
of "competitiveness management" and "competitiveness management of a construction
enterprise"; gives their author's vision; presents the specifics of the construction
industry; provides a general scheme for analyzing the system of competitiveness
management of a construction enterprise; shows the main methods for assessing the
competitiveness of an enterprise. The organizational and economic characteristics of
the activities of LLC "CAPITAL BUILD-SUMY" are considered and a comprehensive
analysis is carried out. The SPACE-analysis identified a conservative strategy as
optimal for the enterprise. The SWOT-, STEP-, PEST-analysis and the Porter's Five
Forces method are carried out. We propose ways to improve the competitiveness
management of a construction industry enterprise, namely: the use of innovative
building materials, specialization in narrow niches, digital transformation, professional
development, an efficiently organized marketing system, and a socio-economic
strategy.
