Abstract:
The article considers modern theoretical, methodological and applied aspects of strategic management of entrepreneurial activity in the IT sphere in the context of sustainable development. The modern characteristics of the IT sphere in Ukraine are considered. The methodological aspects of analysing the internal and external environment of IT entrepreneurship are generalised. The strategic goals of the activity are defined and a strategic map of goals is formed on the example of an individual entrepreneur in the IT industry. On the basis of SWOT-analysis, a detailed plan of activities of an individual entrepreneur in the IT industry and a strategy for 5 years has been developed. The elements of strategic thinking of an entrepreneur necessary for the implementation of strategic management are considered.

У статті розглянуто сучасні теоретичні, методичні та прикладні аспекти стратегічного управління підприємницькою діяльністю в IT сфері в умовах сталого розвитку. Розглянуто сучасні характеристики IT сфери в Україні. Узагальнено методичні аспекти аналізу внутрішнього та зовнішнього середовища функціонування IT-підприємництва. Визначено стратегічні цілі діяльності та сформовано стратегічну карту цілей на прикладі фізичної особи-підприємця в галузі IT. На основі SWOT-аналізу розроблено деталізований план діяльності фізичної особи-підприємця в галузі IT та стратегію діяльності на 5 років. Розглянуто елементи стратегічного мислення підприємця, необхідні для реалізації стратегічного управління.
