Короткий опис(реферат):
У першому розділі роботи розглянуто загальні теоретичні основи інвентаризації земель комунальної власності, включаючи правові, нормативні та методологічні аспекти проведення подібних робіт. Проаналізовано мету та завдання інвентаризації земель, а також значення цієї процедури для ефективного управління земельними ресурсами.
Другий розділ присвячений комплексному аналізу природних умов території, де розташована досліджувана земельна ділянка, а також економіко-правовим аспектам, що впливають на процес інвентаризації. У цьому розділі наведено характеристику фізико-географічних, кліматичних та інших природних умов, а також розглянуто особливості існуючого землекористування та правового статусу земель.
Третій розділ є практичною частиною роботи. У ньому детально викладено етапи та методи розробки технічної документації із землеустрою. Представлені результати проведених геодезичних вимірювань, камеральних робіт, а також обґрунтування пропонованих рішень щодо формування земельної ділянки та визначення її меж. Наведено всі необхідні графічні та текстові матеріали, що підтверджують відповідність розробленої документації чинному законодавству України.
Суть розробки, основні результати:
The first chapter of the work considers the general theoretical foundations of the inventory of communally owned lands, including the legal, regulatory and methodological aspects of conducting such work. The purpose and objectives of the land inventory are analyzed, as well as the importance of this procedure for effective land resource management.
The second chapter is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the natural conditions of the territory where the studied land plot is located, as well as the economic and legal aspects that affect the inventory process. This section provides a description of the physical, geographical, climatic and other natural conditions, and also considers the features of the existing land use and legal status of the lands.
The third chapter is the practical part of the work. It describes in detail the stages and methods of developing technical documentation on land management. The results of geodetic measurements, office work, as well as the justification of the proposed solutions for the formation of the land plot and the definition of its boundaries are presented. All necessary graphic and text materials are provided, confirming the compliance of the developed documentation with the current legislation of Ukraine.
