Метою роботи є підвищення ефективності функціонування ремонтно-обслуговуючої майстерні шляхом її реконструкції з розробкою стенду для проведення розбирально-складальних робіт. Об’єктом дослідження є ремонтно-обслуговуюча майстерня. Предметом дослідження є вплив прогресивних технологічних процесів і впровадження сучасного технологічного оснащення на ефективність її функціонування. Приведено основні характеристики товариства з обмеженою відповідальністю «Агрофірма «Біловоди»». Запропоновано проект ремонтно-обслуговуючої майстерні. Розроблено стенд для проведення розбирально-складальних робіт. Встановлено імовірні ризики при роботі в майстерні та стан охорони праці в цілому. За результатами досліджень викладено висновки та пропозиції. Проаналізовано економічний ефект від впровадження.

The subject of the study is the influence of progressive technological processes and the introduction of modern technological equipment on the efficiency of its operation. The main characteristics of the limited liability company "Agrofirma "Bilovody"" are given. A project of the repair and maintenance workshop is proposed. A stand for carrying out disassembly and assembly work is developed. Possible risks when working in the workshop and the state of labor protection in general are established. Based on the results of the research, conclusions and proposals are presented. The economic effect of the implementation is analyzed.
