Abstract:
У кваліфікаційній роботі проаналізовано ННВК Сумського НАУ. В технологічній частині описали про тваринницьку галузь, а саме використання кукурудзи як силосної культури та сировину для біогазових установок. Описали технологічну схему зберігання силосу в траншеях, також було наведено характеристику кормозбиральної техніки, її будову та технологічний процес. Зроблені техніко-експлуатаційні розрахунки кормозбиральних комбайнів. Для зменшення навантаження на робітників, які працюють на тваринницьких комплексах, під час годівлі ВРХ запропоновано пристосування для навантаження силосу.
Description:
The qualification work analyzes the NNVK of the Sumy NAU, which has
almost 400 hectares of land under cultivation and a garden of 3 hectares. Before
the full-scale invasion, it was engaged in animal husbandry, kept cattle, horses.
Both grain and vegetable crops are grown on the land. The technological part
described the livestock industry, namely the use of corn as a silage crop and raw
material for biogas plants. The technological scheme of storing silage in trenches
was described, and the characteristics of forage harvesting equipment, its structure
and technological process were also given. The work describes examples of
growing energy crops, the dynamics of the growth of biogas plants in Ukraine, an
example of a biogas plant. Technical and operational calculations of forage
harvesters give us the opportunity to use more efficient for performing
technological operations. To reduce the load on workers working on livestock
complexes, during feeding cattle, a device for loading silage was proposed. The
analysis of serial loaders allowed us to design our own loader. Calculations of the
developed device were made and a hydraulic diagram of connecting the loader to
the tractor (its hitch) is given.
