В кваліфікаційній роботі описано Інститут с.г. Північного Сходу НААН яке займається вирощуванням як зернових і зернобобових також і технічних культур; описано технологію та технічні засоби які використовуються при посіві та догляді за посівами зернових культур; тонкощі технології посіву, агровимоги до операції та до посівних машин; зроблені техніко-експлуатаційні розрахунки посівних МТА; наведено спосіб руху посівного МТА. Для комплектування широко посівного машинно-тракторного агрегату запропоновано зчіпку, яка дозволить приєднувати дві сівалки до трактора по різних сторонах.
Суть розробки, основні результати:
The qualification work describes the Institute of Agriculture of the North East of the NAAS, which is engaged in the cultivation of both grain and
leguminous crops and industrial crops. The largest number of tractors is MTZ. The
fleet of agricultural machinery is represented by both domestic agricultural
builders and foreign ones. The technological part describes the technology and
technical means used in sowing and caring for grain crops. The subtleties of
sowing technology, agronomic requirements for the operation and for sowing
machines are described; technical and operational calculations of sowing MTA are
made; the method of movement of the sowing MTA is given. The primary tasks
that are set when caring for crops are described; machines that are used when
fertilizing crops and their adjustment to the rate of spreading across the field. A
hitch is proposed for completing a wide-sowing machine-tractor unit, which will
allow one seeder to be attached to the right and left sides of the tractor. In labor
protection, common hazards that arise when growing agricultural products are
given; types of hazards during the performance of a technological operation. In the
economic part, an economic justification of the sowing MTA when performing the
sowing operation was made (the following were calculated: basic wages of
workers, operating costs, reduced costs.
