Проаналізовано: діяльність ДП "Завод ОБ та ВТ", будова та характеристики токарного верстата з ЧПК 16А20Ф3 . Розроблено: технологічний процес з ремонту вала , планування виробничої дільниці. Виконано розрахунки: виробничої програми ремонту техніки, площі дільниці, кількості робітників, вартість будівництва ремонтної дільниці, заробітна плата робітників, сили закріплення, зусилля циліндру, прихвату на міцність.

This qualification paper is dedicated to the pressing issue of organizing an
effective technical service for maintaining production equipment at SOE "OB and
VT Plant" in Sumy. In modern industrial production, where high productivity and
product quality are key factors of competitiveness, ensuring the uninterrupted
operation of equipment becomes paramount.
The paper analyzes the existing system of technical maintenance and repair at
the enterprise and identifies its shortcomings. A set of organizational and technical
measures aimed at increasing the efficiency of the technical service is proposed.
Specifically, a new service structure has been developed, which includes
differentiation of functions and responsibilities, implementation of a preventive
maintenance system, organization of a section for manufacturing and restoring parts,
and the application of modern equipment diagnostic methods. Special attention is
paid to issues of improving the qualifications of repair personnel and implementing
an automated system for recording repair work and spare parts.
The conducted technical and economic justification confirms the effectiveness
of the proposed measures, which will significantly reduce production equipment
downtime, lower operating costs, improve product quality, and enhance the overall
economic performance of the enterprise. The work has practical significance for
SOE "OB and VT Plant" and can be used to optimize technical service processes at other industrial enterprises.
