Abstract:
У кваліфікаційній роботі представлено проєкт дільниці для технічного обслуговування та поточного ремонту тракторів Т-150К, які використовуються в аграрному підприємстві ТОВ «МХП-Урожайна країна». Проведено аналіз умов експлуатації техніки, визначено річні обсяги робіт, розраховано оптимальну чисельність персоналу, фонд заробітної плати, енергетичні витрати та амортизацію обладнання. Розробка конструкції спеціалізованого стенду дозволяє підвищити ефективність і якість ремонтних робіт. Впровадження дільниці сприятиме підвищенню технічної готовності машинно-тракторного парку, скороченню простоїв і витрат на обслуговування. У роботі також враховано вимоги охорони праці та техніки безпеки. Проєкт має практичну цінність і може бути реалізований у господарствах з аналогічною структурою техніки.

This qualification work addresses the issue of improving the efficiency
of the machine and tractor fleet through the optimization of the organization
of maintenance and repair of class 3 tractors. The object of the study is the
technical service department of "MHP-Urozhayna Krayina" LLC, and the
subject is the processes of maintenance and restoration of the operability of
tractor equipment.
The work includes an analysis of the enterprise’s production structure
and the technical condition of its machinery, and substantiates the necessity of
creating a specialized repair unit. Technical and economic calculations have
been carried out, the volumes of repair work and labor intensity of
maintenance have been determined, and the required personnel have been
calculated. A design for a specialized stand for servicing gearboxes and reducers has been developed, along with the necessary strength and
performance calculations.
The economic feasibility of the proposed solutions has also been
assessed, and a set of occupational safety and emergency preparedness
measures has been developed.
The results of this work have practical significance for agricultural
enterprises operating class 3 tractors and can be used in the design of
maintenance and repair sites.
