В кваліфікаційній роботі описано досліджувальне провідне аграрне підприємство ТОВ «ХЛІБОДАР»; енергетичний засіб МТЗ-80 (82), його сферу застосування, технічну характеристику, технічне обслуговування. Проаналізовано експлуатаційні переваги МТЗ, описані виробничі зони, технологічний процес технічного обслуговування, його періодичність. Наведено удосконалений регламент технічного обслуговування трактора та технологію змащення. Визначені площі приміщень ремонтної майстерні. В конструктивній частині спроектовано контрольно-вимірювальний пристрій для визначення радіального биття; обґрунтовано його необхідність; методи вимірювання.

The qualification work describes the research leading agricultural enterprise
LLC "KHLIBODAR". The energy vehicle MTZ-80 (82), its scope of application,
technical characteristics, and maintenance are described.
The operational advantages of MTZ are analyzed, the work also includes a
technological calculation of the service station; production areas, the technological
process of technical maintenance, and its periodicity are described. An improved
tractor maintenance schedule is presented; lubrication technology is used. The
areas of the repair shop premises are determined. In the constructive part, a control
and measuring device for determining the radial runout of belts is designed; its
necessity is justified; measurement methods are presented. The work analyzes
possible risks and dangerous factors when working with the equipment.
A feasibility study of the created site for the repair of MTZ tractors is
presented, with a calculation of fixed assets and the payback period of investments.
