У кваліфікаційній роботі проаналізовано фермерське господарство «КЛИМЕНКО 2018», проаналізовано технологічний процес внесення добрив, як мінеральних так і органічних; етапи підживлення посівів озимої пшениці; описано способи внесення добрив та машини для виконання досліджувальної операції, які випускаються як вітчизняними сільхозвиробниками так і закордонними; приведені агротехнічні вимоги до операції по внесенню мінеральних та органічних добрив; показники контролю та оцінки внесення добрив. В конструктивній частині запропоновано удосконалення серійного розкидача добрив яке дозволить більш якісніше та рівномірніше розкидати добриво в відповідності до агровимоги.
Суть розробки, основні результати:
The qualification (bachelor's) thesis consists of four sections, an
introduction, general conclusions, a list of sources used from 30 names, appendices
and a graphic part of A1 format. The qualification thesis analyzes the farm
"KLYMENKO 2018", which is engaged in the cultivation of grain crops such as
winter wheat, barley and corn for grain. The technological process of applying
fertilizers, both mineral and organic, is analyzed; stages of fertilizing winter wheat
crops. The work describes methods of applying fertilizers and machines for
performing the research operation, which are produced by both domestic and
foreign agricultural producers. These machines are produced in different
configurations of spreading working bodies. Agrotechnical requirements for the
operation of applying mineral and organic fertilizers are given; indicators of
control and assessment of fertilizer application. The result of the study of technical
and operational indicators of fertilizer application, both organic and mineral, is
given; their productivity, engine load factor, number of cycles, fuel consumption
and other indicators were calculated. In the design part, an improvement of the
serial organic fertilizer spreader was proposed by replacing two spreading working
bodies (drums) with one. This improvement will allow for better and more uniform
spreading of organic fertilizer in accordance with agricultural requirements. To
reduce the level of injuries, we have proposed the introduction of a number of
functions and responsibilities for the labor protection service on the farm.
