У кваліфікаційній роботі проаналізовано господарство ТОВ «МХП-Урожайна країна». Наведені варіанти технології збирання зернових культур, їх переваги при однофазній чи двофазній технології (схемі); навели рекомендації для збирання окремих зернових культур, їх особливості та можливі втрати. Особливу увагу приділили процесу збирання зернових культур (на прикладі озимої пшениці, з різними енергетичними машинами) в господарстві, опису показників збиральних комбайнів. Запропоноване вдосконалення закордонного зернозбирального комбайна дозволить збільшити термін служби проміжного шківа.

The qualification work analyzed the farm of LLC "MHP-Urozhayna Kraina"
located in the city of Romny. Variants of the technology of harvesting grain crops,
their advantages in single-phase or two-phase technology (scheme) are presented;
recommendations for harvesting individual grain crops, their features and possible
losses are given. Particular attention was paid to the process of harvesting grain
crops (using the example of winter wheat, with various power machines) on the
farm, a description of the indicators of combine harvesters. Calculations of
technical and operational indicators of the use of combine harvesters of various
brands were made, namely, they calculated the throughput, fuel consumption,
engine power utilization factor, labor costs, energy and other indicators. The
proposed improvement of a foreign combine harvester, namely the Claas Mega
Dominator 204 combine, will increase the service life of the intermediate pulley,
with the help of which the belt drive rotates the chopper. The reliability of the
proposed improvement is confirmed by engineering calculations of the torque of
the crankshaft of the straw walker, its angular velocity, the strength of the welded
(corner) seam and the calculation of riveted joints. The proposed occupational
health and safety measures will help reduce unproductive losses of working time
and reduce the number of accidents and emergencies.
