Короткий опис(реферат):
Мета цієї дипломної роботи полягає в обґрунтуванні розробки дільниці по ремонту та обслуговуванню сг техніки. Основною метою є оцінка доцільності впровадження такої дільниці в реальних умовах з урахуванням її економічної ефективності та потенційних переваг для покращення ситуації з обслуговуванням техніки.
Завдання дослідження включають:
• АНАЛІЗ ВИРОБНИЧОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ ТОВ «АГРОТЕХСОЮЗ».
• Обґрунтування виробничої програми ремонту зернозбиральних комбайнів в майстерні.
• Запровадження заходів загального технологічного процесу ремонту комбайнів.
• Оцінку економічної ефективності системи шляхом детального аналізу витрат на її впровадження, експлуатацію та порівняння з іншими методами контролю.
Очікувані переваги від впровадження системи:
• Проектування технологічного процесу відновлення валу соломотрясу зернозбирального комбайну фірми «Claas».
Суть розробки, основні результати:
The thesis comprehensively considered the issue of organization and technical
justification for the creation of a Claas agricultural machinery repair site based on
LLC "Agrotechsoyuz" of Sumy region. The conducted research demonstrated the
importance of having an internal repair infrastructure at the enterprise to ensure
uninterrupted operation of high-tech imported equipment in conditions of intensive
agricultural production.
Based on the analysis of the enterprise's production activities, it was
established that the existing maintenance structure is not effective enough, which
leads to delays in machine repair, additional costs and increased downtime during
the season. An objective need was identified to create a specialized repair site, which
allows for significant optimization of production processes.
As a result of the study, it can be concluded that the introduction of a Claas
agricultural machinery repair shop on the basis of Agrotechsoyuz LLC is an
appropriate and justified step that will contribute to increasing the efficiency of
technical maintenance, reducing production costs, increasing the level of technical
readiness of the machinery fleet, as well as strengthening the market position of the
enterprise in the agricultural sector of Ukraine.
