У кваліфікаційній роботі проаналізовано господарство СТОВ «Дружба-Нова» та склад машинно-тракторного парку, якими забезпечене господарство. В технологічній частині наведено технічне забезпечення підготовки ґрунту під посів зернових культур, підживлення мінеральними добривами, терміни та норми посіву зернових культур, посів. В конструктивній частині запропонований прилад для очищення насіннєвого бункеру зернової сівалки від зерна.
Суть розробки, основні результати:
The qualification work analyzed the farm of the Joint-Stock Company
"Druzhba-Nova", located in the village of Varva. The composition of the machine
and tractor fleet, the number of agricultural machines and vehicles with which the
farm is equipped were analyzed.
The technological part provides technical support for soil preparation for
sowing grain crops, fertilizing with mineral fertilizers, terms and norms for sowing
grain crops, sowing, calculations of technical and economic indicators of using a
sowing unit consisting of: tractor MTZ 892.2 and fertilizer seeder SZD-360V with
determination of the productivity of this unit and labor energy consumption.
In the constructive part, a device is proposed for cleaning the seed hopper of
the SZD-360V grain seeder, which will allow freeing the seed boxes from the seed
material. Calculations were made of the wheel rotation frequency when adjusting
the seeder for the seeding rate, the length and number of chain links, the circular
force at different speeds, and the projection area of the bearing surface of the roller
chain hinge was determined depending on the average pressure in the hinges.
Occupational safety measures are proposed for hazardous and harmful
factors of work on sowing and planting machines, which will help reduce
unproductive losses of working time and reduce the number of accidents and
emergencies on the farm.
