Abstract:
У кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуто проєктування дільниці технічного обслуговування (ТО) і ремонту двигунів тракторів John Deere 8320R, що експлуатуються в умовах сільськогосподарського підприємства ТОВ «СІ-ЕЙ-ТІ» Сумської області. Метою дослідження є розробка ефективної структури дільниці з урахуванням особливостей виробничої діяльності підприємства, технічних характеристик об’єкта ремонту та сучасних вимог до надійності агротехніки.
Об’єктом дослідження є трактори John Deere 8320R, предметом — процеси технічного обслуговування та ремонту їх двигунів. У роботі охарактеризовано господарську діяльність підприємства, його матеріально-технічну базу, динаміку продуктивності та використання трудових і земельних ресурсів. Детально проаналізовано технічну структуру трактора, зокрема силову установку, кабіну, трансмісію, гідравлічну та електронну системи. Запропоновано технологію обслуговування двигуна за регламентом (10–2000 мотогодин), з урахуванням особливостей експлуатації техніки.
У технологічній частині проєкту запропоновано планування виробничих і допоміжних приміщень ремонтної майстерні загальною площею 320 м², включаючи зону мийки, діагностики, фарбування, ТО і зберігання техніки.

The qualification work considers the design of a maintenance and repair section for John Deere 8320R tractor engines operated in the conditions of the agricultural enterprise LLC "C-A-T" of Sumy region. The purpose of the study is to develop an effective structure of the section taking into account the peculiarities of the enterprise's production activities, the technical characteristics of the repair object and modern requirements for the reliability of agricultural machinery.
The object of the study is John Deere 8320R tractors, the subject is the processes of maintenance and repair of their engines. The work characterizes the economic activities of the enterprise, its material and technical base, the dynamics of productivity and the use of labor and land resources. The technical structure of the tractor is analyzed in detail, in particular the power plant, cabin, transmission, hydraulic and electronic systems. The technology of engine maintenance according to the regulations (10–2000 engine hours), taking into account the peculiarities of the operation of the equipment.
The technological part of the project proposes the layout of production and auxiliary premises of a repair shop with a total area of 320 m², including a washing, diagnostics, painting, maintenance and storage area for equipment.
