Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена реконструкції системи електрифікації зернопункту з розробкою автоматизованої системи керування сушкою та зберіганням зерна. Проведено аналіз втрат електричної енергії, проведено розробку автоматизованої системи керування сушкою та зберіганням зерна, фінансовий аналіз ефективності заході з енергозбереження.
Суть розробки, основні результати:
The qualification work considers the issue of reconstruction of the electrification
system of the grain point of the private agricultural enterprise "Slobozhanshchina Agro"
(Ulyanivka village, Sumy district). The main goal of the project is to increase energy
efficiency, reliability and automation of technological processes for drying and storing
grain. The work analyzed the economic activity of the enterprise, its energy consumption,
the state of the power supply, identified shortcomings (lack of backup power, large energy
losses, outdated equipment) and proposed technical solutions for the modernization of the
infrastructure.
Particular attention was paid to the implementation of an automated control system
for the dryer and granaries using PLC controllers, humidity, temperature, grain level
sensors. A feasibility study was proposed, confirming the feasibility of the investment:
payback period — 4 years, ROI — 25%, positive NPV value. Power supply was
calculated, internal network schemes, automation elements and mnemonic circuits were
developed. The introduction of the new system will reduce electricity costs, increase
productivity and reliability of the technological process.
