У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено теоретико-методичні основи інноваційного менеджменту, визначено особливості агроінновацій та їх відмінності від класичних інновацій. Надано авторське трактування поняття «інновація» та класифікацію інновацій у сільському господарстві. Проведено організаційно-економічну характеристику діяльності ФОП Линник О. М., що спеціалізується на вирощуванні кукурудзи, сої, соняшнику та озимої пшениці. Представлено алгоритм управління інноваційною діяльністю та результати SWOT-аналізу підприємства. Обґрунтовано доцільність впровадження концепції «ефективного гектара», розроблено комплекс стратегічних заходів, що включають цифровізацію, точне землеробство, біотехнології та демонстраційні ділянки. Встановлено високу економічну ефективність інноваційних рішень, зокрема завдяки застосуванню нових гібридів культур та технологій Strip-Till. Визначено ключові напрями вдосконалення інноваційного менеджменту на підприємстві.

The qualification thesis explores the theoretical and methodological foundations of innovation management, identifies the features of agro-innovations and their differences from classical innovations. An original interpretation of the term "innovation" is provided, along with a classification of innovations in agriculture. The organizational and economic characteristics of the enterprise Individual Entrepreneur Lynnyk O.M., which specializes in the cultivation of corn, soybeans, sunflower, and winter wheat, are presented. The algorithm for managing innovation activities and the results of a SWOT analysis of the enterprise are outlined. The feasibility of implementing the "Effective Hectare" concept is substantiated, and a set of strategic measures is developed, including digitalization, precision farming, biotechnology, and demonstration plots. The high economic efficiency of innovative solutions is confirmed, particularly due to the use of new crop hybrids and Strip-Till technology. Key directions for improving innovation management at the enterprise are defined.
