У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено процес організації транспортування малогабаритної техніки та її комплектуючих на прикладі комунального автотранспортного підприємства, проведений аналіз діяльності підприємства та визначити проблеми в організації перевезень, технологічні особливості транспортування малогабаритної техніки, розглянуто питання охорони праці при виконанні перевезень. Особливу увагу приділено аналізу чинної діяльності комунального автотранспортного підприємства Сумської обласної ради. Практична цінність роботи полягає у можливості впровадження розроблених рекомендацій у діяльність автотранспортних підприємств з метою підвищення ефективності логістичних операцій і зменшення витрат. Результати дослідження мають прикладне значення та можуть бути використані для підвищення ефективності логістичних процесів у сфері комунальних перевезень.

The qualification thesis explores the organization of transportation processes for
small-scale equipment and its components using the example of a communal motor
transport enterprise. The study includes an analysis of the enterprise's operations,
identifies key issues in the organization of transportation, and examines the technological
features of transporting small-scale equipment. Occupational safety issues during
transportation are also addressed.
Special attention is given to analyzing the current operational activities of the
Communal Motor Transport Enterprise of the Sumy Regional Council.
The practical value of this work lies in the potential implementation of the
developed recommendations in the activities of motor transport enterprises in order to
increase the efficiency of logistics operations and reduce costs.
The research results have applied significance and may be used to enhance the
efficiency of logistics processes in the field of municipal transportation.
