У кваліфікаційній роботі проаналізовано практичні основи обраної теми, а також аспекти її реалізації в сучасних економічних та виробничих умовах. Також проаналізовано актуальний стан проблематики в галузі транспортних технологій дорожнього будівництва, виявлено основні тенденції та проблемні аспекти в діяльності ТОВ «РОАД КОНСТРАКШН». Особливу увагу приділено аналізу практичних підходів до оптимізації перевезень та досвіду підприємства. В роботі проведено оцінку ефективності існуючої системи перевезень, виявлено її недоліки, такі як неоптимальні маршрути та недостатній рівень управління процесів. На основі аналізу запропоновано шляхи удосконалення транспортних процесів. Розроблено практичні рекомендації, ключовою з яких є оптимізація маршруту доставки матеріалів, що підкріплено детальним техніко-економічним обґрунтуванням. Розрахунки довели економічну доцільність запропонованих змін, що призводить до зниження експлуатаційних витрат та зростання рентабельності. Результати кваліфікаційної роботи можуть бути використані для удосконалення управлінських процесів на підприємстві ТОВ «РОАД КОНСТРАКШН»

The qualification work analyzes the practical foundations of the chosen topic,
as well as aspects of its implementation in modern economic and production
conditions. The current state of the issues in the field of transport technologies for
road construction is also analyzed, the main trends and problematic aspects in the
activities of LLC «ROAD CONSTRUCTION» are identified. Special attention is
paid to the analysis of practical approaches to optimizing transportation and the
experience of the enterprise. The work assesses the effectiveness of the existing
transportation system, identifies its shortcomings, such as suboptimal routes and an
insufficient level of process management. Based on the analysis, ways to improve
transport processes are proposed. Practical recommendations have been developed,
the key of which is the optimization of the route of delivery of materials, which is
supported by a detailed feasibility study. Calculations have proven the economic
feasibility of the proposed changes, which leads to a decrease in operating costs and
an increase in profitability. The results of the qualification work can be used to
improve management processes at the enterprise LLC «ROAD CONSTRUCTION».
