Abstract:
У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено теоретичні основи обраної теми, а також практичні аспекти її реалізації в сучасних умовах. Проаналізовано актуальний стан проблематики, виявлено основні тенденції та закономірності розвитку сфери надання послуг у перевезеннях непродовольчих вантажів.
Особливу увагу приділено аналізу чинної діяльності Охтирського УЕГГ.
В роботі проведено дослідження ефективності існуючих маршрутів перевезення співробітників підприємства та запропоновано шляхи удосконалення з урахуванням інноваційних технологій та сучасних вимог.
Розроблено практичні рекомендації для підвищення ефективності та результативності перевезення співробітників підприємства.
Результати дослідження можуть бути використані для удосконалення управлінських процесів.

The qualification work examines the theoretical foundations of the chosen topic, as
well as practical aspects of its implementation in modern conditions. The current state
of the problem is analyzed, the main trends and patterns of development of the sphere
of providing services in the transportation of non-food cargoes are identified. Special
attention is paid to the analysis of the current activities of Okhtyrsky UEGG. The work
conducted a study of the effectiveness of existing routes for transporting enterprise
employees and suggested ways to improve them, taking into account innovative
technologies and modern requirements. Practical recommendations have been
developed to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of transporting enterprise
employees. The results of the study can be used to improve management processes.
