Робота складається із змісту, вступу, архітектурно будівельного розділу, розрахунково-конструктивного розділу,
розділу технології і організації і економічного розділу.
У вступі описані сучасні тенденції розвитку будівництва в
соціальній сфері.
В архітектурно-будівельному розділі описуються
ситуаційний і генеральний план, об’ємно-планувальне рішення,
конструктивне рішення будівлі, а також зовнішнє і внутрішнє
опорядження.
В розрахунково-конструктивному розділі виконані
розрахунки ребристої плити перекриття, стрічкового
фундаменту
В розділі технології і організації описані умови
будівництва, визначені нормативні терміни будівництва, обрані
методи виконання робіт, визначені об’єми будівельно монтажних робіт, розроблена технологічна карта на
влаштування покрівлі, розроблені календарний план і
будгенплан.
В економічному розділі визначена кошторисна вартість
будівлі і підраховані техніко-економічні показники проекту.
Суть розробки, основні результати:

construction conditions, determines the standard construction
deadlines, selects methods for performing work, determines the
volume of construction and installation work, develops a
technological map for installing the roof, and develops a calendar
and budget plan.
In the economic section, the estimated cost of the building is
determined and the technical and economic indicators of the project
are calculated.
