Abstract:
В кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуто підходи до формування ефективної системи мотивації на сільськогосподарському підприємстві ТОВ «ВКП «НОТЕХС»; надано організаційно-економічну характеристику ТОВ «ВКП «НОТЕХС»; проведена оцінка існуючої системи мотивації та стимулювання працівників; досліджено вплив мотивації праці на динаміку персоналу підприємства; запропоновані напрями формування ефективної системи мотивації в ТОВ «ВКП «НОТЕХС».
Для формування ефективної системи мотивації в ТОВ «ВКП «НОТЕХС» запропоновано здійснити додаткове фінансування зазначених заходів на загальну суму 4500,0 тис. грн. у 2026 році. Комплексне застосування запропонованих заходів дозволить сформувати збалансовану та ефективну систему мотивації праці в ТОВ «ВКП «НОТЕХС», що сприятиме підвищенню продуктивності, залученості та лояльності персоналу, а відповідно, і стійкому розвитку підприємства будівельної галузі.

The qualification work considers approaches to the formation of an effective motivation system at the agricultural enterprise LLC “VKP ‘NOTECHS’; provides an organizational and economic description of LLC ‘VKP ’NOTECHS”; evaluates the existing system of motivation and incentives for employees; studies the impact of labor motivation on the dynamics of the enterprise's personnel; proposes directions for the formation of an effective motivation system in LLC “VKP ‘NOTECHS’.
In order to form an effective motivation system in LLC “SPC ‘NOTECHS’, it is proposed to carry out additional financing of these measures for a total amount of 4500.0 thousand UAH in 2026. The integrated application of the proposed measures will allow to form a balanced and effective system of labor motivation in LLC “VKP ‘NOTEX’, which will increase productivity, involvement and loyalty of personnel, and, accordingly, the sustainable development of the enterprise in the construction industry.
