Abstract:

Підприємства аграрної галузі мають важливе значення у забезпеченні продовольчої безпеки, що обумовлює необхідність пошуку напрямів їх розвитку, одним з яких є формування потужної матеріально-технічної бази з урахуванням інновацій. Здійснено класифікацію матеріально-технічної бази аграрних підприємств. В статті здійснено аналіз основних засобів в Україні. Виявлено, що основні засоби мають високий рівень зносу і потребують оновлення. Здійснено обґрунтування доцільності інноваційно-інвестиційного проєкту оновлення матеріально-технічної бази. Проєкт передбачає придбання нового доїльного обладнання DeLaval та реконструкцію приміщення з облаштуванням доїльної зали в аграрному підприємстві. Вигоди від проєкту: збільшення продуктивності корів та валових надоїв, поліпшення якості молока та збільшення ціни реалізації, зменшення потреби в працівниках та економія фонду заробітної плати. Розраховано показники ефективності проєкту: чисту теперішню вартість, індекс доходності, термін окупності, які засвідчили про доцільність впровадження даного проєкту.

Agricultural enterprises are of great importance in solving the problem of food security, which necessitates the search for directions for their development in modern economic realities. Today, all possible directions for the development of agricultural enterprises must be based on innovative principles. Innovations contribute to increasing the competitiveness of agribusiness enterprises. At the present stage, one of the directions of development of agricultural enterprises is the formation of a powerful material and technical base. Increasing the level of provision with material and technical resources, improving the condition of the material and technical base can affect the economic results of the enterprise and its financial indicators. The material and technical base is understood as a set of material, technical, land, natural and information resources of the enterprise. The material and technical base of agricultural enterprises is classified. It includes material and biological and material and technical elements. It is noted that one of the most important elements is fixed assets. The article analyzes fixed assets in Ukraine. It was found that fixed assets have a high level of wear and tear and require renewal. It is noted that when renewing the material and technical base, innovative trends in modern agribusiness should be taken into account. The feasibility of an innovative investment project to update the material and technical base on the example of an agricultural enterprise has been substantiated. The project involves the purchase of new DeLaval milking equipment and the reconstruction of the premises with the arrangement of a milking parlor in an agricultural enterprise. The amount of initial investments, which are proposed to be taken on credit, has been determined. The benefits that the enterprise will receive from the implementation of the project are indicated: increased cow productivity and gross milk yield, improved milk quality and increased sales price, reduced need for employees and savings on the payroll. The value of the indicated benefits in value terms should cover the investment. The efficiency indicators of the innovation and investment project were calculated: net present value, profitability index, payback period, which confirmed the feasibility of implementing this project.
