Abstract:
У даній статті розглянуто роль розвитку концепцій операційного менеджменту з метою забезпечення системної підтримки в інноваційній діяльності організації. Зазначено, що кожна концепція є організаційною інновацією для реалізації операційної діяльності, кожна наступна концепція не суперечить попередній – це робить можливим одночасне застосування декількох концепцій для підвищення ефективності функціонування організації.
