Короткий опис(реферат):
Розробка кваліфікаційної роботи передбачає проєктування серії
індивідуальних житлових будинків із розробкою інтер’єрних рішень
приміщень у м. Суми. Проєкт включає три типи сучасних будинків,
що відповідають потребам мешканців у комфортному та
функціональному житлі. Будівництво таких житлових будинків є
актуальним завданням для розвитку міста, сприяє залученню
інвестицій та покращенню якості життя у регіоні. Структура кваліфікаційної роботи включає такі підрозділи:
актуальність теми, загальні положення, класифікація
індивідуальних житлових будинків, містобудівне рішення серії
індивідуальних будинків у м. Суми, архітектурно-планувальне
вирішення трьох типів будинків, конструктивне вирішення трьох
типів будинків, інженерний благоустрій та ландшафтну організацію
території, список використаної літератури.
До структури кваліфікаційної роботи входить також графічна
частина, яка представлена такими кресленнями: генплан м. Суми,
ситуаційна схема ділянки, генеральний план, плани 1-го та 2-го
поверхів для кожного типу будинку, фасади, розрізи, експлікації
приміщень, візуалізації екстер’єрів та інтер’єрів трьох типів
сучасних індивідуальних житлових будинків у м. Суми.
Суть розробки, основні результати:
The development of this qualification work involves the design of a
series of individual residential houses with interior design solutions in
the city of Sumy. The project includes three types of modern houses
that meet the residents’ needs for comfortable and functional living.
The construction of such residential houses is a relevant task for the
city’s development, contributing to attracting investments and
improving the overall quality of life in the region.
The structure of the qualification work includes the following sections:
relevance of the topic, general provisions, classification of individual
residential houses, urban planning solution for the series of individual
houses in Sumy, architectural and planning solutions for the three
types of houses, structural solutions for the three types of houses,
engineering infrastructure and landscape organization of the territory,
and a list of references.
The qualification work also includes a graphic section, which is
presented with the following drawings: general plan of Sumy,
situational site plan, master plan, plans of the 1st and 2nd floors for
each house type, elevations, sections, room specifications,
visualizations of exteriors and interiors of the three types of modern
individual residential houses in the city of Sumy.
