Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена розробці архітектурного проєкту
бізнес-центру, що пропонується розташувати у центральній
частині м. Суми. Актуальність зведення сучасних бізнес-центрів
обумовлена зростанням економічних зв'язків як всередині країни,
так і за її межами, а також збільшенням асортименту торгових
товарів і послуг, що вимагає пошуку вигідних площ для їх
реалізації. Дана проблематика є актуальною і для м. Суми
Кваліфікаційна робота включає такі розділи: актуальність теми,
загальні положення, класифікація бізнес-центрів, містобудівне,
архітектурно-планувальне, конструктивне вирішення бізнес -
центру у м. Суми, інженерний благоустрій та ландшафтна
організацію території, список використаних джерел.
Кваліфікаційної робота передбачає розробку графічної частини яка
включає: генплан м. Суми, ситуаційну схему ділянки, генеральний
план, плани двох поверхів, фасади, розріз, експлікації приміщень,
візуалізації екстер’єрів бізнес-центру у м. Суми.
Суть розробки, основні результати:
The qualification thesis is devoted to the development of an
architectural project for a business center, which is proposed to be
located in the central part of Sumy. The relevance of constructing
modern business centers is determined by the growth of economic ties
both within the country and abroad, as well as by the expansion of the
range of goods and services, which requires the search for profitable
spaces for their implementation. This issue is also relevant for the city
of Sumy.
The qualification thesis includes the following sections: relevance of
the topic, general provisions, classification of business centers, urban
planning, architectural and planning, structural solutions for the
business center in Sumy, engineering infrastructure and landscape
organization of the territory, and a list of references.
The qualification thesis also involves the development of a graphic
part, which includes: the master plan of Sumy, situational site diagram,
general plan, floor plans of two levels, facades, sections, room
specifications, and visualizations of the exteriors of the business center
in Sumy.
