Abstract:
У кваліфікаційній роботі проведена загальна характеристика компресорів для сільськогосподарського виробництва.
Метою магістерської кваліфікаційної роботи є підвищення надійності та довговічності захисних втулок масляних ущільнень відцентрових компресорів, шляхом удосконалення технології їх виготовлення, за рахунок використання сучасних, комбінованих екологічно безпечних методів.
Для досягнення поставленої мети в роботі були встановлені та вирішенні наступні завдання:
- провести аналіз умов роботи, та видів зносу ЗВ;
- провести аналіз сучасних та екологічно безпечних методів виготовлення та зміцнення поверхневих шарів ЗВ;
- розробити методику проведення досліджень;
- провести порівняльні випробування.
Об’єктом дослідження є технологія підвищення надійності і довговічності захисних втулок масляних ущільнень відцентрових компресорів в умовах АПК.
Предметом дослідження є закономірності технології підвищення надійності і довговічності захисних втулок масляних ущільнень відцентрових компресорів в умовах АПК.

The qualification work provides a general characteristic of compressors for agricultural production.
The purpose of the master's qualification work is to increase the reliability and durability of protective sleeves of oil seals of centrifugal compressors by improving the technology of their manufacture, through the use of modern, combined environmentally friendly methods.
To achieve the goal, the following tasks were set and solved in the work:
- to analyze the operating conditions and types of wear of the seals;
- to analyze modern and environmentally friendly methods of manufacturing and strengthening the surface layers of the seals;
- to develop a methodology for conducting research;
- to conduct comparative tests.
The object of the study is the technology for increasing the reliability and durability of protective sleeves of oil seals of centrifugal compressors in agricultural and industrial conditions.
