Короткий опис(реферат):
Метою даної роботи є дослідження параметрів електротехнологічного комплексу виробництва борошна СТОВ «Дружба-Нова» с. Вільшана Роменського району Сумської області. Використовуючи сучасні технології виробництва борошна та їх аналізу, завданнями даного дослідження є аналіз:
- структури комплексу;
- призначення кожного зі структурних елементів;
- характеристик структурних елементів;
- ефективності функціонування комплексу з різними видами сільськогосподарських культур;
- електротехнічними показниками структурних елементів комплексу.
Розглянути комплекс з виробництва борошна потрібно і як цілісний структурний елемент, і окремо кожну його технологічну установку з визначенням параметрів електротехнічних показників та продуктивності кожного зі структурних елементів комплексу.
Суть розробки, основні результати:
The purpose of this work is to study the parameters of the electrotechnological complex for flour production of the Joint-Stock Company "Druzhba-Nova" in the village of Vilshana, Romensky district, Sumy region. Using modern technologies for flour production and their analysis, the tasks of this study are to analyze:
- the structure of the complex;
- the purpose of each of the structural elements;
- the characteristics of the structural elements;
- the efficiency of the functioning of the complex with different types of agricultural crops;
- the electrical indicators of the structural elements of the complex.
It is necessary to consider the flour production complex both as an integral structural element and separately each of its technological units with the determination of the parameters of the electrical indicators and productivity of each of the structural elements of the complex.
