В роботі проведено аналіз останніх досягнень в напрямку вітроенергетики та запропоновано рішення, що можливо використати в умовах Сумської області. Виконано аналіз потенціалу вітру в Сумській області, а також наведено особливості будови та способів підключення вітроелектроустановок.
Проведено аналіз основних факторів, що мають вплив на показники роботи вітроелектроустановок та проведено аналіз основних алгоритмів забезпечення функціонування системи керування установками.
Виконано вибір основного обладнання для вітроелектроустановки та наведено прогноз можливого виробітку електричної енергії.
Наведено заходи з охорони праці та виконано економічне обґрунтування запропонованих рішень в роботі.

The paper analyzes the latest achievements in the field of wind power and proposes a solution that can be used in the conditions of the Sumy region. The analysis of the wind potential in the Sumy region is carried out, as well as the features of the structure and methods of connecting wind power plants are given.
The analysis of the main factors that affect the performance of wind power plants is carried out and the analysis of the main algorithms for ensuring the functioning of the plant control system is carried out.
The selection of the main equipment for the wind power plant is carried out and a forecast of the possible production of electricity is given.
Occupational safety measures are presented and an economic justification of the proposed solutions in the paper is carried out.
