Abstract:

Кваліфікаційна робота складається із вступу, трьох розділів, висновків, списку літературних джерел і додатків. Об’єкт дослідження — процес адміністративного управління та результати фінансово-господарської діяльності ТОВ «INTER CARS UKRAINE» (м. Хмельницький) у період 2022– 2024 років. Предмет дослідження — теоретичні засади, методичні підходи та практичні інструменти впливу адміністративного менеджменту на показники економічної ефективності функціонування сучасного підприємства. Метою роботи є теоретичне обґрунтування концепції адміністративного управління та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо вдосконалення управлінських процесів для підвищення операційної ефективності та конкурентоспроможності підприємства в умовах глобалізації та цифрової трансформації. У першому розділі досліджено теоретичні основи адміністративного менеджменту. Визначено, що він є фундаментальною частиною системи управління, яка базується на класичних принципах (поділ праці, єдність командування, дисципліна), але вимагає адаптації до умов цифровізації та глобалізації. Доведено, що ефективна адміністративна система забезпечує раціональне використання ресурсів та мінімізацію витрат. У другому розділі проведено комплексний аналіз діяльності ТОВ «INTER CARS UKRAINE». Встановлено, що незважаючи на збитковість 2022 року, спричинену початком повномасштабного вторгнення, підприємство продемонструвало високу адаптивність. Чистий дохід компанії у 2024 році зріс на 85,7% порівняно з 2022 роком, досягнувши 6,51 млрд грн. Аналіз виявив позитивну динаміку власного капіталу та високий рівень рентабельності продукції (32,72%), що свідчить про ефективність операційної моделі. У третьому розділі розроблено напрямки вдосконалення адміністративного менеджменту. Запропоновано оптимізацію організаційної структури шляхом створення об’єднаного адміністративного відділу та впровадження елементів процесного управління. Особливу увагу приділено цифровізації (ERP, CRM) та впровадженню автоматизованих систем контролю. Розрахунок економічної ефективності запропонованих заходів за базовим сценарієм прогнозує термін окупності інвестицій протягом 3,94 років при високому потенціалі зростання продуктивності праці. Наукова новизна отриманих результатів полягає в удосконаленні концепції інтеграції адміністративного контролю та цифрових технологій для забезпечення сталого розвитку підприємства в турбулентному середовищі.

Description:

The qualification work consists of an introduction, three sections, conclusions, a list of literature sources and appendices. The object of the study is the process of administrative management and the results of the financial and economic activities of LLC "INTER CARS UKRAINE" (Khmelnytskyi) in the period 2022–2024. The subject of the study is the theoretical foundations, methodological approaches and practical tools of the influence of administrative management on the indicators of economic efficiency of the functioning of a modern enterprise. The purpose of the work is to theoretically substantiate the concept of administrative management and develop practical recommendations for improving management processes to increase the operational efficiency and competitiveness of the enterprise in the conditions of globalization and digital transformation. The first section examines the theoretical foundations of administrative management. It is determined that it is a fundamental part of the management system, which is based on classical principles (division of labor, unity of command, discipline), but requires adaptation to the conditions of digitalization and globalization. It is proven that an effective administrative system ensures the rational use of resources and minimization of costs. The second section provides a comprehensive analysis of the activities of LLC INTER CARS UKRAINE. It is established that despite the unprofitability of 2022, caused by the beginning of a full-scale invasion, the enterprise demonstrated high adaptability. The company's net income in 2024 increased by 85.7% compared to 2022, reaching UAH 6.51 billion. The analysis revealed positive dynamics of equity and a high level of product profitability (32.72%), which indicates the effectiveness of the operating model. The third section develops directions for improving administrative management. Optimization of the organizational structure by creating a unified administrative department and introducing elements of process management is proposed. Particular attention is paid to digitalization (ERP, CRM) and the implementation of automated control systems. The calculation of the economic efficiency of the proposed measures under the baseline scenario predicts a payback period of 3.94 years with a high potential for labor productivity growth. The scientific novelty of the results obtained lies in improving the concept of integrating administrative control and digital technologies to ensure sustainable development of the enterprise in a turbulent environment
