Робота складається з чотирьох розділів:
Розділ 1. Загальна характеристика роботи: Виконується опис наукової частини роботи.
Розділ 2. Бібліографічний огляд досліджень: Проводиться дослідження технологічного процесу або конструктивного елементу будівлі.
Розділ 3. Впровадження енергоефективних методів утеплення фасадів: Описано процес впровадження технології вентильованих фасадів на прикладі 9-ти поверхового будинку.
Розділ 4. Опис архітектурно-планувального рішення будівлі: Розроблено архітектурно-об'ємно-планувальні та конструктивні рішення будівлі.
