Розділ 3. Застосування технології пасивної будівлі на прикладі двоповерхового котеджу: Досліджено використання технології пасивного будинку на прикладі двоповерхового котеджу.
Розділ 4. Опис архітектурно-планувального рішення будівлі: Розроблено архітектурно-об'ємно-планувальні та конструктивні рішення будівлі.
