Короткий опис(реферат):
Наукове дослідження, покладене в основу даної кваліфікаційної
роботи, зосереджується на аналізі особливостей архітектурно планувальної організації комплексних реабілітаційних установ, а також на
розробленні концепції такого закладу для міста Конотоп. Об’єктом
вивчення є реабілітаційні центри, тоді як предметом - специфіка їх
просторово-планувального формування. Структура роботи охоплює вступ,
три змістові розділи, висновки та використані джерела.
Перший розділ, що має назву «Передумови та етапи формування
комплексних реабілітаційних центрів» присвячений історичному огляду
становлення таких закладів, аналізу їх планувальних схем та розгляду
сучасного досвіду проєктування й експлуатації.
Другий розділ «Функціонально-типологічні особливості комплексних
реабілітаційних центрів» спрямований на визначення чинників, які
формують архітектурно-планувальні рішення. У цьому розділі
систематизовано класифікацію центрів та узагальнено основні нормативи,
що регламентують їх проєктування.
У третьому розділі «Архітектурно-планувальні рішення комплексних
реабілітаційних центрів» розкрито принципи просторової організації будівлі
та розглянуто конструктивні підходи, використані під час розробки проєкту.
Завершальним етапом дослідження стала розробка проєктної
пропозиції реабілітаційного центру в місті Конотоп, Сумської області.

The scientific research forming the basis of this qualification work focuses
on analyzing the architectural and planning organization of comprehensive
rehabilitation facilities, as well as developing a conceptual design for such a
center in the city of Konotop. The object of study comprises rehabilitation
centers, while the subject concerns the specifics of their spatial and planning
organization. The structure of the work includes an introduction, three main
chapters, conclusions, and a list of references.
The first chapter, "Preconditions and Stages in the Development of
Comprehensive Rehabilitation Centers," is devoted to a historical overview of
the evolution of such facilities, an analysis of their planning schemes, and a
review of contemporary design and operational practices.
The second chapter, "Functional and Typological Features of
Comprehensive Rehabilitation Centers," is aimed at identifying the factors that
influence architectural and planning decisions. This chapter systematizes the
classification of centers and summarizes the key regulatory frameworks
governing their design.
The third chapter, "Architectural and Planning Solutions for
Comprehensive Rehabilitation Centers," elucidates the principles of spatial
organization within the buildings and examines the structural approaches
implemented during project development.
The final stage of the study involved the preparation of a design proposal
for a rehabilitation center in the city of Konotop, Sumy region.
