Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена науковому дослідженню, основна мета якого є визначення особливостей та прийомів архітектурно-планувальної організації індивідуальних житлових будинків котеджного типу для внутрішньо переміщених осіб на прикладі Сумської області. Об'єктом дослідження є житлові будинки котеджного типу, котеджні містечка. Предметом дослідження є принципи та прийоми архітектурно-планувальної організації будівництва приватних будинків котеджного типу. Кваліфікаційна робота складається з вступу, трьох розділів, висновків та списку літератури. Розділ перший «Сучасний стан проблематики архітектурно-планувальної організації індивідуальних житлових будинків котеджного типу для людей вимушених змінити місце проживання» розглядає історичні передумови формування та розвитку індивідуальних житлових будинків котеджного типу, сучасні тенденції формування архітектурно-планувальної організації та аналіз закордонного досвіду проєктування житлових будинків котеджного типу. Розділ другий «Аналіз теоретичних засад формування архітектурно планувальної організації індивідуальних житлових будинків» містить типологічний аналіз житлових будинків, аналіз чинників, що впливають на архітектурно-планувальну організацію індивідуальних житлових будинків та аналіз нормативно-правової бази, що регламентує проєктування індивідуального житла котеджного типу. Розділ третій «Архітектурно-композиційна специфіка планувальної організації індивідуальних житлових будинків» описує базові засади архітектурно-планувальної організації, ключові принципи та прийоми проєктування індивідуальних житлових будинків котеджного типу, особливості архітектурно-планувального вирішення котеджного містечка в м. Лебедин Сумської області.

Суть розробки, основні результати:

The qualification work is devoted to a scientific study, the main purpose of which is to identify the features and approaches to the architectural and spatial planning organization of individual cottage-type residential houses for internally displaced persons, using the Sumy region as a case study. The object of the research is cottage-type residential houses and cottage settlements. The subject of the research is the principles and approaches to the architectural and spatial planning organization of the construction of private cottage-type houses. The qualification paper consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusions, and a list of references. Chapter One, “The Current State of the Issue of Architectural and Spatial Planning Organization of Individual Cottage-Type Residential Houses for People Forced to Change Their Place of Residence,” examines the historical prerequisites for the formation and development of individual cottage-type residential houses, contemporary trends in the formation of architectural and spatial planning organization, and an analysis of international experience in the design of cottage-type residential houses. Chapter Two, “Analysis of the Theoretical Foundations of the Formation of Architectural and Spatial Planning Organization of Individual Residential Houses,” includes a typological analysis of residential buildings, an analysis of factors influencing the architectural and spatial planning organization of individual residential houses, and an analysis of the regulatory and legal framework governing the design of individual cottage-type housing. Chapter Three, “Architectural and Compositional Specifics of the Planning Organization of Individual Residential Houses,” describes the basic principles of architectural and spatial planning organization, key design principles and approaches for individual cottage-type residential houses, as well as the features of the architectural and spatial planning solution of a cottage settlement in the city of Lebedyn, Sumy region
