Мета роботи: обґрунтування параметрів раціональної транспортно-технологічної схеми доставки, що забезпечують підвищення показників конкурентоспроможності підприємства.
Об'єкт дослідження: процес доставки сільськогосподарської продукції.
Для досягнення поставленої мети вирішуються такі завдання:
1) аналіз ринку логістичних послуг, визначення перспективного сегмента, прогнозування попиту на логістичні послуги, розрахунок показників конкурентоздатності підприємства; аналіз сучасного стану організації перевезень, виявлення проблем та визначення перспективних напрямків розвитку підприємства;
2) аналіз можливих варіантів вирішення проблем в організації перевезень, обґрунтування комплексу заходів, спрямованих на підвищення показників конкурентоздатності підприємства; економічна оцінка ефективності запропонованих технологічних рішень.
Практична цінність роботи полягає в обґрунтуванні параметрів системи управління, що дозволяє скоротити логістичні витрати та підвищити ефективність перевезень, а також в обґрунтуванні вибору схеми шляхів перевезення сільськогосподарської продукції, що дозволяє зменшити вірогідності збитків.
Суть розробки, основні результати:
Purpose of the work: justification of the parameters of a rational transport
and technological scheme for delivering goods in international traffic, which
ensure an increase in the competitiveness of the enterprise in the logistics services
market.
Object of research: the process of delivering juice in international traffic.
To achieve the goal, the following tasks are solved:
1) analysis of the logistics services market, determination of a promising
segment, forecasting demand for logistics services for 2020, calculation of the
competitiveness indicators of the enterprise; analysis of the current state of
transportation organization at a motor transport enterprise, identification of
problems and determination of promising directions for the development of the
enterprise;
2) analysis of possible solutions to problems in transportation organization,
justification of a set of measures aimed at increasing the competitiveness of the
enterprise in the logistics services market; economic assessment of the
effectiveness of the proposed technological solutions.
The practical value of the work lies in substantiating the parameters of the
inventory management system, which allows reducing logistics costs and
increasing the efficiency of the use of the cargo owner's working capital, as well as
in substantiating the choice of a reverse loading scheme, which allows reducing the
likelihood of losses.
