В роботі проведено оцінку економічної ефективності організаційних та технічних заходів, впроваджених для покращення управління вантажними перевезеннями в «Global Trade S», зокрема шляхом зниження вартості кілометра та оптимізації логістичних маршрутів.
Description:
The work assessed the economic efficiency of organizational and technical
measures implemented to improve freight transportation management in "Global Trade
S", in particular by reducing the cost of a kilometer and optimizing logistics routes.
The work used empirical data from "Global Trade S" for 2024 as an analytical
basis. The key indicators analyzed include the cost of a kilometer, the volume of
transport work, operating costs and profitability.
The qualification work presents that after the implementation of a set of
measures to optimize the route, the cost of a kilometer decreased to 9.1 UAH/km, and
the annual mileage - to 145905.5 km. Total costs decreased from 2345112.0 UAH to
1327740.1 UAH, which gave an annual economic effect of 1017371.95 UAH of
savings.
The study confirms that even minor organizational and technical improvements
in transport management can lead to significant cost reductions. The implementation
of logistics innovations and digital management tools in "Global Trade S" improved
fleet productivity, reduced fuel consumption and improved financial results. The
proposed approach can be effectively applied by other logistics enterprises that seek to
increase competitiveness and ensure sustainable growth.
