Робота складається із змісту, вступу, архітектурно-будівельного розділу, розрахунково-конструктивного розділу, розділу технології і організації і економічного розділу.
У вступі описана мета зведення адміністративно-побутового корпусу.
В архітектурно-будівельному розділі описуються ситуаційний і генеральний план, об’ємно-планувальне рішення, конструктивне рішення будівлі, а також зовнішнє і внутрішнє опорядження.
В розрахунково-конструктивному розділі виконаний розрахунок таврового ригеля, розрахунок колони і розрахунок фундаменту під колону.
В розділі технології і організації описані умови будівництва, визначені нормативні терміни будівництва, обрані методи виконання робіт, визначені об’єми будівельно-монтажних робіт, розроблена технологічна карта на виконання монтажних робіт, розроблені календарний план і будгенплан.
В економічному розділі визначена кошторисна вартість будівлі і підраховані техніко-економічні показники проекту.
