Робота складається із змісту, вступу, архітектурно-будівельного розділу, розрахунково-конструктивного розділу, розділу технології і організації і економічного розділу.
У вступі описана актуальність і сучасні тенденції зведення житла.
В архітектурно-будівельному розділі описуються ситуаційний і генеральний план, об’ємно-планувальне рішення, конструктивне рішення будівлі, а також зовнішнє і внутрішнє опорядження.
В розрахунково-конструктивному розділі виконаний розрахунок багатопустотної панелі перекриття і розрахунок фундаменту.
В розділі технології і організації описані умови будівництва, визначені нормативні терміни будівництва, обрані методи виконання робіт, визначені об’єми будівельно-монтажних робіт, розроблена технологічна карта на виконання цегляної кладки зовнішніх і внутрішніх стін, розроблені календарний план і будгенплан.
В економічному розділі визначена кошторисна вартість будівлі і підраховані техніко-економічні показники проекту.

In the economic section, the estimated cost of the building is determined and the technical and economic indicators of the project are calculated.
