Abstract:
У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено питання управління процесом формування інноваційного потенціалу підприємства на прикладі ПСП «Слобожанщина Агро». Досліджено теоретико-методичні основи управління формуванням інноваційного потенціалу; проведено аналіз та оцінку стану й рівня інноваційного потенціалу підприємства, а також його результативності; розроблено шляхи вдосконалення управління процесом формування інноваційного потенціалу та відповідний механізм його реалізації. Проведено комплексну діагностику інноваційного потенціалу ПСП «Слобожанщина Агро» за період 2023–2025 років. Обґрунтовано пріоритетні напрями підвищення інноваційного потенціалу. Розроблено удосконалений механізм управління формуванням інноваційного потенціалу.

This thesis examines the management of the process of building an enterprise’s innovative potential, using the example of the agricultural enterprise “Slobozhanshchyna Agro.” The theoretical and methodological foundations of managing the formation of innovative potential were examined; an analysis and assessment of the state and level of the enterprise’s innovative potential, as well as its effectiveness, were conducted; and ways to improve the management of the process of forming innovative potential and a corresponding mechanism for its implementation were developed. A comprehensive diagnosis of the innovative potential of PSP “Slobozhanshchyna Agro” for the period 2023 - 2025 was conducted. Priority areas for enhancing innovative potential were substantiated. An improved mechanism for managing the formation of innovative potential was developed.
