dc.description	This thesis develops technical solutions for the reconstruction of the electrification system of the corn pellet production workshop at FOP ‘Otrokh Yu. A.’ and the creation of an automated control system for pellet cooling prior to packaging. An analysis of the current state of the facility, the production line and the existing electrical equipment has been carried out. Based on the results of the calculations, the electrical loads were determined, and the selection of power electrical equipment, electric motors, control and protection devices, conductors and elements of the internal electrical network was justified. The graphical section presents the process flow diagram of the plant, the workshop layout before and after modernisation, electrical control schematics, the operating algorithm of the automated cooling system, the electrical automation diagram and the lighting installation layout. For the cooling process, a ‘filling – holding – unloading’ cycle is proposed, ensuring the coordinated operation of the bucket elevator, cooler, slide gate and subsequent packaging section. A production lighting system using LED luminaires, protective earthing, and occupational health and safety and environmental safety measures have been designed. A technical and economic assessment of the refurbishment has been carried out, confirming its feasibility due to energy savings, reduced losses of finished products and lower labour costs. The proposed solutions ensure improved reliability of the power supply, operational safety, stability of the production process, quality of finished products and a reduction in non-productive electricity consumption.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є розроблення технічно обґрунтованих рішень щодо реконструкції системи електрифікації цеху з виробництва корму ФОП «Отрох Ю. А.» (м. Суми) та створення автоматизованої системи керування процесом охолодження гранул перед пакуванням. Досягнення поставленої мети передбачає вирішення взаємопов’язаних завдань: аналізу існуючого стану цеху та його електротехнічного оснащення; дослідження технологічного процесу виробництва кукурудзяних гранул; визначення електричних навантажень і вибору силового електрообладнання; розроблення алгоритму роботи системи охолодження; обґрунтування вибору датчиків, контролерів і виконавчих механізмів; розрахунку внутрішньої електричної мережі та системи освітлення; розроблення заходів з охорони праці, екологічної безпеки та техніко-економічної оцінки запропонованих рішень.	uk_UA
