Об’єктом дослідження є процес точного висіву сільськогосподарських культур у системі мостового землеробства. Предметом дослідження є вдосконалення конструкції гідропневматичної сівалки точного висіву для підвищення якості та ефективності посіву. У роботі розроблено конструкцію гідропневматичної сівалки точного висіву для роботи в умовах мостової системи землеробства. Вдосконалено висівний апарат, що забезпечує більш точне дозування та координатне розміщення насіння.
Суть розробки, основні результати:
The object of the study is the process of precision seeding of agricultural
crops in the bridge farming system. The subject of the study is improving the
design of a hydropneumatic precision seed drill to improve the quality and
efficiency of sowing. The work develops the design of a hydropneumatic precision
seed drill for operation in the conditions of a bridge farming system. The seeding
device is improved, which provides more accurate dosing and coordinate
placement of seeds. Technical solutions are proposed that increase the uniformity
of seeding and reduce seed losses. The following are presented: Pneumatic pulse
seeding mechanism; Structural diagram of a hydraulic seeder; General structural
diagram of a hydropneumatic precision seeding seeder; Variants of the functioning
of the dosing unit; Bolted fastening of the seeder to the bridge machine. The
proposed development allows to increase the accuracy and stability of the
technological process of sowing, reduce resource consumption and improve the
efficiency of the use of agricultural machinery, which generally contributes to
increasing the productivity of agricultural production. Occupational safety
measures have been developed. An analysis of economic feasibility has been
carried out.
